ABOUT
Maria is a registered Occupational Therapist from Sydney, Australia and has been a paediatric clinician for 9 years. Maria spent these years working in Early intervention within schools, daycares and homes. Maria’s own private practise has quickly grown to a large team of wonderful therapists, many who have had the opportunity grow from being a new graduate into professional senior OT’s.
Working with many families and children over the years, Maria has had the opportunity to gain different perspectives on how Occupational Therapists can support their clients in a number of settings. Additionally, she has presented education sessions to teachers, daycare educators and parents. This has ignited Maria’s passion for education and supporting others to best support their children (whether that be through their schooling or within the home). This has paved a natural pathway for Maria to create programs to support OT’s with the practice skills that are typically missing in traditional education certifications.
