Terms and Conditions of Enrolment

Effective Date: 5 September 2025

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing or accessing the course “Paediatric Foundations: Supporting OT’s Who Support Children” (the “Course”). By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing this Course, you agree to the following terms:

1. Enrolment and Access

  • Upon purchase, you will receive 12 months of access to all course materials via our online platform.
  • Access is personal, non-transferable, and intended only for the enrolled participant.
  • Sharing your login or course materials with others is prohibited. 

2. Pricing and Payment

  • Early Bird Price: AUD 287, available until the specified cut-off date.
  • Standard Price: AUD 399 thereafter.
  • Prices are in Australian Dollars and inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.
  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase to secure enrolment.
  • Payment is accepted through the payment methods available on our checkout page.

3. Refund Policy

  • Due to the digital and educational nature of the Course, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once access has been granted.
  • Please consider all course details carefully before purchase. If you have questions, contact us before enrolling.

4. Course Delivery

  • The Course is delivered fully online through our learning platform, Kajabi.
  • Materials include video lessons, worksheets, case studies, and other resources.
  • You may access the Course via web browser or the Kajabi mobile app.
  • While the Course is designed to be accessible at your own pace, you are responsible for ensuring you have adequate internet access and compatible devices.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All Course content is the intellectual property of Maria Perco.
  • You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your personal professional development only.
  • Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any part of the Course without written permission is strictly prohibited. 

6. Course Content Disclaimer

  • The Course provides general educational content designed for new graduate occupational therapists or those transitioning into paediatric practice.
  • It is not a substitute for clinical supervision or formal accreditation in your region.
  • While we strive for accuracy and evidence-based content, you are responsible for applying professional judgement and meeting local regulatory or professional requirements.

  • While we aim to respond promptly, response times may vary. 

8. Certificates

  • Upon successful completion of all Course modules, you will receive a certificate of completion.
  • This certificate may be eligible for continuing education credits in some regions, but you are responsible for verifying eligibility with your professional body.

9. Privacy

  • Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • We will not sell or share your details except as required to deliver the Course or as required by law.

10. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  • Significant changes will be communicated via email or through the Course platform.

11. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising under them shall be governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
